Third Annual Chefs Dinner:
- Meet Our Sponsors
- Meet Our Chefs
- Young Professionals
| On June 14, 2007, the Alzheimer's
Young Professionals Committee hosted their third annual
Tasteful Evening chefs dinner at Bell Harbor International
Conference Center in Seattle. Thirteen top-rated Seattle area
chefs presented a five course menu reflective of their
restaurants, paired with regional wines.
Each chef prepared and served a table of twelve - with the exception
of Jason McClure from Sazerac, who created meals and entertained two
tables of twelve. |

The chefs who participated in this event donated their time, the
food, staff to help serve and in some cases, the wine to go with the
meals. We are touched by the generosity of all of the chefs that
participated.
The event brought in $71,661 for program services at the Western and
Central Washington State Chapter. Congratulations to the committee,
chefs and staff for a successful event!
