Kenneth
Alhadeff is chairman of Elttaes Enterprises and the Kenneth and
Marleen Alhadeff Charitable Foundation, owner of the Majestic Bay
Theatres and producer of Junkyard Dog Productions. A civic leader,
he serves as board president of Northwest School for the
Hearing-Impaired Children, member of the board of regents at
Washington State University (chairman 6/06-5/07 & 6/00-5/01), and
board member of The 5th Avenue Theatre (chairman 2005-2007). He has
served on the boards of Cornish College of the Arts and Seattle
Symphony and was the founding chairman of the Seattle Public
Schools– Fund for Excellence. He has served on Gubernatorial
Committees including Social Services, Real Estate Advisory Board,
and Commission for Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday Events. A Seattle
native, Ken graduated from Franklin High School, and received a
Bachelor of Arts in General Studies from Washington State
University. Ken resides with his wife, Marleen. They have three
children, a daughter-in-law and one grandchild.
As Honorary Chair for the Alzheimer's Association Auction, sponsor
for numerous years, and frequent spokesperson for the Western and
Central Washington Chapter, Ken has been a relentless and generous
